Our Mission

Our ultimate mission is to Keep It Simple! Whether it’s OSHA 10 or 30-hour training, NC Water/Wastewater Operator training, customized training solutions, or EH&S consulting services, EHS Management Solutions is committed to delivering quality services in a manner that engages the customer and eliminates confusion.

EHS Management Solutions, LLC has OSHA 501 Certified Outreach Trainers capable of providing 10 and 30-hour general industry training, as well as customized training solutions.
EHS Management Solutions is also an approved continuing education training provider by the State of NC Department of Environmental Quality. We offer continuing education training courses for certified drinking water and wastewater treatment operators across the state.

Meet the Owner

Eric Bolin

Eric Bolin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. Eric completed an internship for a pulp and paper manufacturing company during each college break between 1987-1990, performing many tasks including utilities, pulping, truck and railcar unloading, maintenance/stores, and, eventually, the Environmental department. Upon graduation Eric gained employment with an environmental testing lab, eventuallly managing a lab in the Charlotte, NC area before beginning a full-time career in the Pulp and Paper industry in 1995.

Eric Bolin has been a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) since May 2012. He has worked in heavy industrial manufacturing (Pulp, Paper, and Packaging) for over 27 years with a primary focus on EHS. Eric also has experience with laboratory wet chemistry analysis of water, wastewater, and solid waste; Pulp, Paper, and Packaging Operations; Finished Product Quality; and Maintenance Management, including preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) for pollution control equipment. Eric has worked at multiple pulp, paper, and packaging sites, and most recently was an EHS Auditor and a Process Safety Management (PSM)/Risk Management Plan (RMP) of highly hazardous systems (HHS) auditor for a global pulp, paper, and packaging company.
