Backflow Prevention Assembly Testing
EHS Management Solutions is a certified backflow prevention assembly testing contractor, certified for Reduced Pressure (RP), Double Check-valve (DC), and Pressure/Vacuum Breakers (PVB).
Testing is completed utilizing MAKO model MK5 test equipment that has data logging and electronic report generating capabilities.
EHS Management Solutions will save your assembly information and test data, and assure annual testing and reporting to the client and water purveyor at the request of the client as well as Geo positioning technology to prevent fraudulent reporting.
All tests are performed using Mako MK5 with these features:
- Can perform all standard backflow testing procedures including those from USC FCCCHR, ABPA, NEWWA, AWWA, UF TREEO and ASSE.
- Includes Bluetooth with the ability to link field testing and the reporting app software, allowing electronic generation of test results (view sample report below).
- The final report can be emailed, submitted to the client via SMS, or saved to file.
Additional costs will be included for assemblies located in vaults/confined spaces, or at elevations requiring access. Please submit a contact request for detailed pricing for these types of assemblies.
